Financing & Insurance

We don’t post prices online, because a real number depends on what your treatment actually involves and no honest quote comes from a web page. What we can promise is that you’ll get that number in person, at a consultation that costs you nothing, with everything included and nothing added later.

Ways to Pay

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, and contactless payments including Apple Pay and tap-to-pay.

Monthly Payment Plans

Most of our patients don’t pay for treatment all at once, and there’s no reason to. We work with three patient financing companies, and you can apply through any of them — in the office, or from home before you come in:

  • Cherry — monthly payment plans with a quick application and no hard credit check to see what you qualify for

  • CareCredit — a health and wellness credit card accepted at practices nationwide

  • Alphaeon Credit — a healthcare credit card designed for elective treatment

Terms and approval depend on the provider and your application. We’ll walk you through what each one would look like for your case at the consultation, and there’s no pressure to decide that day.

Insurance

We bill your insurance directly. You don’t file claims, chase paperwork, or wait to be reimbursed — we handle it with your carrier.

Bring your insurance card to the consultation and we’ll check your orthodontic benefits before you commit to anything, so you know what’s covered and what isn’t from the start.

Medi-Cal

We accept Medi-Cal and Denti-Cal patients, and we’re glad to see you.

One thing worth knowing before you come in: Medi-Cal covers orthodontic treatment in specific circumstances rather than across the board — the case has to meet California’s medical-necessity criteria, and coverage is generally for patients under 21. Whether a particular case qualifies isn’t something anyone can tell you over the phone.

So we check during your consultation. It’s free, it takes one visit, and you’ll get a straight answer either way. If the case doesn’t qualify, we’ll go through the payment plan options with you the same as we would with anyone else.

Ask us about cost before you come in. Text or call (747) 295-6404 — we’d rather answer questions now than have you put off a visit over something we could have cleared up in a text.
